We do not accept payment from advisory firms to influence their ranking position, review score, or editorial coverage. Firms cannot purchase higher placement, improved ratings, or editorial endorsement on this site.

Who Publishes This Site

This site is published by experienced enterprise software procurement and negotiation practitioners with over 20 years of combined advisory experience across Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, Broadcom/VMware, cloud platforms, and multi-vendor engagements. Our editorial team has directly participated in — or advised on — more than 500 enterprise software negotiations, giving us first-hand insight into how different advisory firms operate, perform, and deliver value for clients.

We do not disclose individual editor names to protect our ability to conduct independent evaluations without commercial pressure from the firms we review. This approach is consistent with standard editorial practice at independent review publications.

How We Rank Firms

Our rankings are based on a 30-point scoring methodology applied consistently across all firms evaluated. The scoring criteria and their weightings are:

Revenue Model

BestNegotiationConsultingFirms.com is a free editorial resource. We generate revenue through the following disclosed methods:

  • Lead referral fees: When a visitor contacts us through our “Get Matched” form and is subsequently introduced to an advisory firm, we may receive a referral fee from that firm. This fee is paid after the introduction and does not influence our rankings. Referral participation does not improve a firm’s ranking position.
  • White paper and resource sponsorship: Select white papers may be co-produced with or sponsored by advisory firms. Sponsored resources are clearly labelled. Sponsorship does not influence editorial rankings or review content.
  • Newsletter advertising: Our newsletter may carry advertising from enterprise software advisory firms or related service providers, disclosed in each edition. Advertising does not influence rankings or editorial coverage.

We do not receive payment from enterprise software vendors (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, etc.) and we do not participate in vendor affiliate or reseller programmes.
